All custom jewellery (ring, earring, or pendant) and loose diamonds purchased from Blue Nile will be shipped in presentation-quality finely finished lacquered wooden box. Your loose diamond will be held in place by a tension-secured spring ring. The spring ring is for presentation purposes only and must not be worn.
For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Blue Nile orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
